We are on a mission to elevate experiences for our clients, and we are looking for a talented Design Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Design Manager at WINAM, you will play a pivotal role in our global expansion. You will be responsible for taking over landscape (playground) design projects from over 60 countries, including Europe, the US, and Asia. Your creativity and technical expertise will be crucial in transforming visions into reality for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global sales or clients to understand project requirements and brief.
• Efficiently schedule projects based on current work capacities and clients’ requests.
• Create 2D concept plans and layouts using AutoCAD, aligning them with project briefs.
• Ensure a balance between design creativity and feasibility.
• Communicate 2D concept plans and layouts effectively with global sales or clients.
• Generate stunning 3D visualizations with 3dsMAX and V-ray based on company international projects’ sketches.
• Develop animations and Virtual Reality solutions for important projects.
• Produce detailed technical drawings for installation purposes.
• Determine product costs for projects in line with clients’ budgets.
• Prepare product samples for clients and projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on exhibition design and project reference marketing materials.
• Complete technical drawings for final installation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3dsMAX, V-ray, and other design software.
• Strong creative and technical design skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Prior experience in landscape or playground design is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-class quality.
